CONFIDENCE, courage and self-belief

Research shows that having the right level of confidence results in people being more likeable, more productive, better decision makers, and having enhanced job satisfaction.

Confidence isn’t something we’re born with. It’s a skill – and you can create it, develop it and use it everywhere.

Creating a high level of confidence allows us to speak up to our inner critic and deliver results for whatever we put our mind to.

Learning outcomes:

  • Identify what you want to be confident in and why

  • Recognise what your value is and how you can use it at work

  • Analyse your confident voice through exploring the way you speak and express yourself

  • Discover how your comfort zone and learning zone can be used to build your confidence and courage

  • Apply confidence-boosting tools to create a positive internal monologue and increase your self-belief
