We deliver human skills education to employees across the globe

Looking for a trainer that can connect with your employees and support them to become easy people to work with?

We work with organisations to equip teams with the human skills needed to thrive at work.

We’d love to help you next.

Talk to your boss

If you’re an employee who would like Hayley to deliver training at your workplace, you might need to ask your boss.

Good news. We’ve made that part easy.

Here’s an email template to help.

HUMAN SKILLS WORKSHOPS

We work with organisations to deliver workplace training and talks that equip your employees with the tools needed to build their human skills.

Our workshops combine research-backed ideas, stories, and practical tools that are easy to implement at work.

CONFIDENCE, COURAGE, AND SELF-BELIEF

Having the right level of confidence results in people being more likeable, more productive, better decision makers, and having enhanced job satisfaction.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- How to recognise your value

- How to use your confident voice

- How to use your comfort and learning zones to build confidence

- How to increase your influence and likeability

CURIOSITY AND EXPERIMENTATION

Curiosity and experimentation aren’t just reserved for our childhood. They’re increasingly used by employers to solve business challenges, leading to innovation, greater efficiency, increased productivity, and employee engagement.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- How to use curiosity to learn better

- How to operate from a curious mindset

- How to implement experimentation into daily work

- How to accept failure and rejection as part of experimentation

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Becoming emotionally intelligent transforms how you communicate, collaborate, and understand yourself and others. Here, we’ll work through the five components of emotional intelligence.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- How to control or redirect disruptive emotions or impulses

- How to bounce back from failure and rejection in a responsible way

- How to give and receive feedback

- How to build relationships with others

SPEAKING AND LISTENING

Communication difficulties often come down to different communication styles – that and poor listening. Both can be frustrating, confusing, and negatively impact on the work we’re trying to do.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- How to recognise different communication styles

- How to start and maintain conversations

- How to make yourself open and receptive to what others have to say

- How to navigate conflict at work

SUPPORTING AND CELEBRATING OTHERS

Supporting and celebrating others is usually reserved for leadership and management training – we want to bring it to the co-worker level too.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- How to be an encourager

- How to build a supportive network of people

- How to initiate moments of connection with others at work

- How to support and celebrate yourself at work

BE AN EASY PERSON TO WORK WITH

We’ve all experienced the cranky co-worker, the bad boss, and the tricky team of peers, plus the negative effect they have on the way we work. But did you know that anyone can become a difficult person to work with? Yes, even you!

In this workshop, you will:

- Explore the only science-backed personality model to understand the behaviour and actions of you and the people you work with.

- Learn to rate yourself (and others) on openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.

- Implement practical tools to make sure you're an easy person to work with in any situation.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Hayley is a warm and knowledgeable facilitator. The workshop was pitched perfectly to the young people we work with. The themes were clear and consistent. The workshop was engaging, with interactive and discussion-based elements as well as reflective activities. Would highly recommend!

– Felicity Halstead, GoodWork

Hayley's workshop (Build your human skills, future-proof your career) allowed students and tutors to reflect on their personal, technological and financial power. The discussions were inspiring and contributed to a warm atmosphere among attendees.
Thank you, Hayley, for your much-needed work. Keep it up!

– Alejandro Bolaños García-Escribano, University College London

Hayley’s use of storytelling and humour brought a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable and encouraged everyone to participate fully. Each activity was unique and genuinely valuable.

We’ve already booked Hayley for another session and are absolutely thrilled to have her presenting to our participants again.

– Indranil Sinha, Breakthrough Social Enterprise

We had the highest retention rate I’ve seen this year so very well done - super engaging and great to listen to.

– Emma Webb, Comms and Partnerships Manager at Small Business Britain

I have worked with Hayley over the last few months as part of our Study+ programme, which delivers employability skill sessions to our students. Hayley has been brilliant to work with, bringing a great variety of topics to our students. She has a lovely delivery style, adapting her technique to suit the audience, engaging them in the content, which isn't always easy.

– Steph Hughes, University of Kent

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom! It was brilliant. So many gems for our community to learn from.
